This Sauvignon Blanc has been sourced from the beautiful Gumeracha wine region. Crafted with minimal intervention, the wine flaunts a gorgeous green colour with a golden touch. A swirl on the glass exudes aromas of lime, grass, lemon and mango. These aromas seamlessly pave way for a matching palate that is brimming with citrus. The lovely palate is followed by a refreshing finish. You can pair this varietal with delicate fishes, green vegetables or dishes with the tangy dairy ingredient.

Our Earthgarden Organic Sauvignon Blanc has lifted aromas of citrus fruits, lime and grapefruit that leap from the glass. The flavours on the palate showcase fresh herbs, lemongrass and passionfruit. The intense fresh fruit concentration is balanced with zesty acidity and is perfectly thirst-quenching.

Our Wine Panel was floored by this. Beautifully balanced tropicals and white flowers were more than what we even hoped for, with clean refreshing acidity. Sensational!

This Sauvignon Blanc is a true regional expression with vibrant grapefruit, gooseberry and herbs. Rich and complex with bright acidity for a lingering finish. The Camshorn Sauvignon Blanc has pink grapefruit and gooseberry aromas with herbal undertones. On the palate it shows rich, vibrant and fresh flavours. Grapes were harvested in early April 2019 at the optimum ripeness. The juice was fermented at cool temperatures to retain the elegant, fresh flavours. No oak was used in the winemaking process to ensure the vibrant regional characters were captured.

The Fish Cage Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is from the bank of the Hunter River. A blend of two classic varietals; where the Semillon brings aroma of lemon curd, lime leaf and a textured lanolin palate; the Sauvignon Blanc adds exotic tropical fruit with juicy acidity. The classic and seamless blend has profusion of flavour and a refreshing crisp finish. Fish Cage wines are vibrant, fun and and easy escape. We are often asked, "Why is there a fish in the cage?" Lindeman's, a well know household name for good quality wine. Their Bin 95 Sauvignon Blanc was an elegantly made classic with gooseberry and ripe kiwifruit on the nose; medium bodied with similar characteristic on the palate. Short to medium length with a clean finish.
