Two Churches The Preacher Cabernet Sauvignon

Lifted aromas of chocolate and dark cherries are complemented by a richly flavoured palate of spicy, ripe plum and forest fruits. With supple tannins and excellent length, this wine drinks beautifully now and will reward patient cellaring. The perfect accompaniment to sirloin steak and mushroom sauce or aged cheddar. When the first German immigrants arrived in South Australia, they brought with them their culture, religion, and a hard work ethic. They established vineyards and built a church to house their faith in a small town. However, the two priests disagreed on most things. In an attempt to stop their quarrelling two separate churches were built. The original preachers might not have seen eye to eye, and these days we still have our differences, but one thing we all agree on is South Australia’s reputation to grow world class wine.
