They are in the process of building their distillery but that didn't stop them from producing this top class whiskey. They have sourced a blend of grain and malt whiskeys that when blended together produce a signature soft mouth feel. The end result is a straw gold colour with hints of amber. The nose is malty and fresh, green apples, and opens to a honey butteriness. The palate is soft honey, with hints of brioche, butterscotch, digestive biscuits, orange zest, and stem ginger. It finished warm and elegant.

This unique single grain Irish whiskey has been initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in exquisite Sicilian Marsala casks. This creates a perfectly balanced whiskey which boasts a deliciously fruity and flavoursome nose and palate to match.

Blacks - Black Ops Irish whiskey is a careful blend of malt and grain whiskey, matured in Sherry and Bourbon casks and finished in extra deep charred Bourbon Oak barrels for an extra smooth, extra dark Black Whiskey. Non Chill filtered and bottled at 43%. The very heavy char level of the final cask gives the whiskey its dark colour with tons of vanilla, butterscotch and toffee lending extra smoothness and sweetness to this Black whiskey.

Nose: Apple drops, fresh citrus zest, creamy and luscious toffee undertones with banana, apricot, melon and creamy red raspberries. Palate: Sweet peach on the fore with pear and a bright fresh citrus zest. Malt undertone with creamy vanilla underneath Finish: Long and creamy with hints of pear and citrus zest remaining.

Nose: Salted caramel and vanilla jump out of the glass with light oak spices and undertones of zesty citrus, honey and a hint of nuts. Palate: Honey and creamy vanilla come to the fore with light oak spices that are all followed by the zesty citrus peel. A deliciously drinkable whiskey.

The Whistler 5 Year Old Bodega Cask Single Malt is a triple distilled whiskey that has been wholly matured in the finest Spanish Sherry Butts for its whole life. These butts were sourced from our partners in the famed Bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera.
