Victoire Gold Vintage Champagne

Lively and full on the palate, underlined by balanced, measured oak aromas. A delicious, harmonious, well-balanced finish.

Pommery Brut Royal Non-Vintage Kosher

Established in 1836, Madame Pommery is credited with creating the first vintage brut style of Champagne in 1874, at a time when most champagnes were excessively sweetened with sugar. This revolutionary dry style set the benchmark for the rest of Champagne and it is in this spirit that the style of Pommery endures; with each cuvée displaying sublime elegance, finesse and freshness. The elaboration of Pommery Brut Royal Kosher entails that every step of the production process is conducted by a rabbinic delegate under the strict guidance of the Pommery oenologists. Please note the wine is not mevushal.

Pommery Cuvée Louise

Created in homage of Louise Pommery, daughter of Madame Pommery, Cuvée Louise is a wine of exceptional and absolute purity which expresses the quintessence of the knowhow of the Maison Pommery.Cuvée Louise finds its origin within three grands crus; Avize, Cramant and Aÿ - true gems of the Champagne region. The 2003 vintage represents a year of madness, an atypical year, but such an extraordinary year that we had to keep a real footprint of it in order to be able to recall the excesses of Mother Nature. Grapes had to withstand temperature variations of more than 50°C over a period of 4 months and at the same time rainfall was weak. The vines made maximum use of the natural reserves of the chalk and therefore show very pleasant mineral touches.Notes which are initially evocative of pastry and lukewarm brioche are followed by floral aromas of yellow flowers and stamens, which blend with superb notes of white mature fruit. This is a wine with genuine length and great harmony, in a universe of elegance and finesse.

Vranken Demoiselle Parisienne Millesime Champagne

Introducing Vranken Demoiselle Parisienne Millesime 2015, a luxurious champagne that exudes sophistication and elegance, created in 1985. Crafted by the renowned Maison Vranken, this exquisite champagne is a true reflection of the Parisian way of life - refined, chic, and full of joie de vivre. The 2015 vintage is a testament to Vranken's commitment to excellence and the art of champagne-making. Each bottle is a work of art, showcasing the Maison's iconic Parisienne-inspired bottle design and bearing the signature of the Demoiselle herself - a symbol of beauty, grace, and feminine power. As a young entrepreneur, Paul-François Vranken settled in Champagne in 1976 to set up his own champagne house in the heart of the Sézanne region. Then in 1985, he purchased the Château des Castaignes in Montmort, built on the site called La Demoiselle, a few kilometres away from Epernay. The Château is perched on the hillside, in the heart of a park designed by Edouard Redont who also designed the park of Villa Demoiselle. The idea arose to create a new cuvée for Vranken champagne called La Demoiselle de Champagne, Demoiselle being a common name for the dragonfly, which was an emblem for the Art Nouveau genius René Lalique. Everything matched to make this first brut champagne, whose special bottle was a moving tribute to Art Nouveau. In 2004, Paul-François Vranken acquired the Villa Demoiselle to establish the head office of the Champagnes Vranken. Château des Castaignes is therefore the origin of the Demoiselle collection. This romantic champagne comes in a decorated gift box that is a unique and original creation. The shape of the Demoiselle bottles echo the motifs which are found in Art Nouveau, the great artistic movement of the early 20th century, which drew its inspiration from nature. As part of this trend, the Demoiselle cuvée La Parisienne and its opalescent glasswork pays homage to the know-how of the French master glassmaker and jeweller René Lalique. The strong personality of these bottles inspired by Art Nouveau represents the style of Demoiselle's champagne. Pressing of grapes is completed according to the qualitative Champagne pressing principles and the ‘Tête de Cuvée’ specifications. Full traceability of each press is key in order to confirm that the specifications have been adhered to and to record the related technical information. In order to extract the purest juice to provide finesse and elegance, there is a focus on the principle of fractionation: only the first two ‘presses’ of the pressing cycle are used in the ‘Tête de Cuvée’ process, a key element to ensuring quality. Cloaked in the subtlest aromas, the blended juice is higher in sugar and acid content, which lends maturity and freshness to the wines and gives them a remarkable freshness on the palate, apt for ageing. After pressing, in the winery, maximum separation of qualities and crus is ensured in order to have the widest possible range during assemblage. Vraken's teams of oenologists, led by winemaker Dominique Pichart, evaluate each vat during winemaking and select those that are likely to enter the composition of the tête de cuvée. La Parisienne 2015 is a Brut Vintage champagne that comes from the three most classic Champagne grape varieties, with a majority of Chardonnay from Grand cru terroirs. This sparkling champagne is a glowing golden hue with a few green accents complemented by a rich and complex bouquet of ripe fruit, delicate floral notes, and hints of butter brioche and lemongrass. On the palate, Vranken Demoiselle Parisienne Millesime 2015 is a harmonious blend of freshness and intensity, with a silky texture and a long, elegant finish. Its bubbles are delicate and persistent with a very fine strand of foam. It provides a fresh finish and is very balanced on the palate making it an ideal aperitif.

Ayala Le Blanc de Blanc

Founded by Edmond De Ayala in 1860, the House Ayala possesses a remarkable history, rooted in the visionary spirit that resonates with its melodious name from distant lands. The name Ayala appears almost serendipitous, intricately tailored for the village of Aÿ, where the House has proudly stood since its inception. Edmond De Ayala, an inquisitive and bold personality, consistently pursued the path less travelled. Vibrant with the essence of excellence and a spirit of adventure, the House of Ayala continues to be inspired by the indomitable founder who paved its way. In contrast to the prevailing French tradition of dosage, which exceeded 150 g/L during that era, Edmond De Ayala took a bold and audacious move by unveiling "dry champagne" in 1865, with a mere 21 g/L dosage. As a true pioneer, he possessed a discerning vision to revolutionize the Champagne landscape by introducing a drier style, which has created a profound impact to the modern world. Through bespoke craftsmanship, House Ayala employs a tailored approach, working with a diverse selection of crus to achieve the utmost balance and skilfully express the exceptional terroir surrounding Chardonnay, the house's emblematic grape variety. Champagne Ayala relentlessly pursues the finest raw materials from the Champagne region and currently boasts a palette of 70 crus, with 50 of them dedicated to Chardonnay. These crus are sourced from the most esteemed terroirs of Champagne. This remarkable diversity, a distinctive feature of the house, contributes to the complexity and vibrant aromatic freshness found in their blends. The house maintains 20 hectares of their own vineyards, situated in esteemed locations such as the Montagne de Reims, encompassing Aÿ Grand Cru and Dizy, as well as the Côte des Blancs, including Chouilly and Oger, both classified as Grands Crus. Additionally, they have vineyards in Champvoisy and Passy-Grigny in the Vallée de la Marne. With an unwavering commitment to pure expression of the raw materials, Champagne Ayala is transitioning their vineyards to organic viticulture and has obtained HEV and VDC certifications. The House consistently fosters trusting relationships with winegrowers and supports them in their environmental endeavours. Elaborated in limited quantities, exceptionally during the most expressive years, Le Blanc de Blancs brings to the light all of the elegance and the purity from the Chardonnay of the Côte des Blancs. This terroir is home to the most beautiful Chardonnays with a great ageing potential, including three Grands Crus which form the fundamentals of the blend. Chouilly, the House’s own vineyard, complete and subtle, brings a silky texture, a freshness, and an aromatic diversity to the cuvée. Le Mesnil-sur-Oger brings the tension, the precision, and a beautiful ageing capacity, in perfect harmony with the chalky minerality of Cramant. A signature blend, enriched by a selection of remarkable Premiers Crus. Recognizable by its both pure and creamy style, Le Blanc de Blancs is a genuine ode to Chardonnay. The signature cuvée of Caroline Latrive. Ensuring a consistent style, she does not hide her love of Chardonnay, and gives it a central place in her blends. Brilliant and contemporary, this prestigious cuvée flourishes in a special bottle, promoting the development of the organoleptic profile during the 6 years of ageing on lees in the cellars. The ultimate epicurean aperitif, Le Blanc de Blancs 2016 also marvellously goes with a lemony sea bream ceviche, a prawn risotto, or a braised veal fondant with rosemary.

Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blanc Non-Vintage

Charles Heidsieck was one of the very first Champagne Houses to demonstrate its passion for Chardonnay by producing a Blanc de Blancs in its 1949 vintage. There is also evidence that the Maison had produced some mono-crus from the Côte des Blancs as early as1906... Through this cuvée, relaunched in 2018, two of the House’s areas of expertise come together: the production of great white wines and the art of blending a large selection of wines from different years and terroirs. The considerable challenge is to make opposites coexist: the tautness and the freshness of young chardonnays on the one hand, and the silky “Charles” character on the other. The Blanc de Blancs is the result of a very selective blend of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Cote de Sezanne and Montgueux. The cuvée base 2016 is composed of 10 crus of Chardonnay, the most sought-after grapes in the region. For this cuvée, only the juice from the first press are used and, the wines benefit from a slow and long maturation of 3 to 4 years, far beyond the norms of the region. From the bottle to glass, this champagne is a pale, crystalline gold colour with glints of the Chardonnay varietal. On the nose the aromas of mature Chardonnay can be recognised initially: white peach, candied citrus with hints of lime, fresh hazelnut and honeysuckle, giving way to subtle hints of tangerine and lemon citrus. On the palate freshness an tautness mark this as almost unconventionally suave for a blanc de blanc, so often characterised as being sharp rather than creamy. The harmonious finish offers a surprising minerality and a slight salinity.
