Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Rosé is a delicious combination of the elegant and zesty Chardonnay fruit which brings finesse, and the fragrant rich Pinot Noir which gives soft red berry fruit characters to the wine. The lively bubbles in the wine are a result of natural secondary fermentation, which brings to life the delightful and refreshing character.

The bouquet has lifted floral aromas of violets and wild thyme combined with red fruits and a savoury earthiness. The palate has crushed raspberries and bright red cherry flavours interlaced with forest floor, coffee bean, and bramble nuances. Featuring a focused frame and spicy backbone, the velvety tannins and firm structure will ensure this wine ages gracefully.

Awash with aromatic pomegranate, tamarillo and fresh cherry notes on the nose. The palate has savoury notes of mocha melded with nutmeg and plummy fruit. Fine oak tannins complement weighty stewed plum, dark cherry and raspberry leaving a generous warm finish in the wine.

Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Spicy red to dark cherry aromas mix with hints of stalky cedar, earth and meaty notes. On the palate generous dark cherry fruits are intertwined with strawberry, earth, spicy dried meat characters and dried herbs. Good flesh with slightly grainy tannins and a savoury medium length conclusion. Drink over the next 3-4 years. Alc. 13.5%
