Chateau Tanunda was established in 1890 and is the site of some of the First vines planted in the Barossa in the 1840s as well as the Valleys first winery. The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon are from select rows of our Eden Valley vineyard. This wine displays deep, rich purple and red hues. The bouquet has lifted aromas of blackcurrant,bluberry and spice on the silky smooth palate with hints of cedar and mint.

Earthy, smoky, gravelly nose, with hints of cured meats and gunflint, intriguing and complex. Robust and very dark on the palate, plush and powerful, mouthcoating density of fruit, that is ripe and textural. A substantial wine with longevity and presence.

This fruity little beauty will lock you in at first sight. Created with care and precision, just like its namesake, it will spice up your day whatever the occasion. The Mars Express is a masculine Barossan red. A full-bodied offering, that will be enjoyed by all, but will be a staple for the traditional Barossan Shiraz drinker. Beautiful inky black fruits jostle their way into dominance (just!) over rich anise, dark olive and intense charred oak that simply demands attention. Did I mention perfectly balanced tannins and spice? Teamed with an enticing colour, vibrant hue and layers for days. Time to get on board!

A superb example of classic Barossa Shiraz. Bold, full-flavoured and complex, it offers great depth and silky tannins. Magnificent drinking now but will reward medium-term cellaring.

A lovely deep colour with aromas of lavender, violet, blackberries and a savoury, game quality. The palate balances a rich core with vibrant acidity which gives both power and precision to the mouthfeel. The tannins are gentle and ashen, and the black fruits, warm pepper and delicate barrel spice are all present throughout the long and elegant finish of the wine. Awards: • Silver

St Hugo Cabernet Shiraz displays a dark ruby red with purple hues. The bouquet of dark forest fruits such as plum, blueberry and cassis lead into a beautifully complex palate of blackcurrent, sweet plum and chalky tannins. There is a underlying savoury oak hint and a finish of lingering dark chocolate.

The 2014 vintage shows a lovely deep purple colour. Soft, supple and stylish are just three words to describe this beautiful wine. Full bodied and vinous on the palate with flavours of red and black fruit. The finish is a perfect example of a wine with character and breeding.

Hentley Farm winery is nestled into the foothills of the Western Barossa in Seppeltsfield. The wines produced from this part of Barossa are rich and supple. They are highly perfumed, with fine grained tannin profiles. La Petite Beauté is carefully nurtured from the vineyard to the bottle, gently basket-pressed, and ahed in French oak to preserve these beautiful characteristics. A rich and well balanced Shiraz. It has bright red and blue fruit characters that are complemented with layers of spice. The wine is well balanced with a fine lingering finish with savoury notes and florals.
