Chateau Tanunda was established in 1890 and is the site of some of the First vines planted in the Barossa in the 1840s as well as the Valleys first winery. The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon are from select rows of our Eden Valley vineyard. This wine displays deep, rich purple and red hues. The bouquet has lifted aromas of blackcurrant,bluberry and spice on the silky smooth palate with hints of cedar and mint.

Red can be technicolour. Channelled, refracted and filtered to paint a widescreen sensory journey. Blackberry jelly gleams, Doris plum gloams, Nasturtium almost sweetens while grapeskin tightens, burning bright until the finish line in this 2021 Shiraz; the third release of Daniel Ricciardo's DR3 x St Hugo wine collection.

Stockyard takes its name from the 100+ year old stone ruin on our Farms vineyard. Originally a slaughterhouse, today it occupies a much more serene position overlooking rows of low-yielding Shiraz vines. Seductive aromas of blackberry, plum and liquorice with savoury white spice on the nose, the palate is rich and concentrated with dark fruit flavours. The spice carries through to the palate, backed by intensely powerful tannins and integrated oak characters from eighteen months maturation in new and one-year-old French and American hogsheads. This wine will benefit from careful cellaring for 5 years and beyond.

A lovely deep colour with aromas of lavender, violet, blackberries and a savoury, game quality. The palate balances a rich core with vibrant acidity which gives both power and precision to the mouthfeel. The tannins are gentle and ashen, and the black fruits, warm pepper and delicate barrel spice are all present throughout the long and elegant finish of the wine. Awards: • Silver

Chief winemaker, Sue Hodder, is able to craft a wine brimming with aromas of blackcurrant and plum that combine with spicy minty notes. The palate is well structured, long and fine. With the right cellaring condition, this could easily be a cellar gem.

We've been intently following Alex Head for a while now, producing a unique set eye opening Barossan wines, inspirationally drawn from his passion towards Northern Rhone Syrah. Judiciously used oak allows the deliciously juicy, dark and spicy fruit to shine with an impeccably moorish, savoury structure.

From the very best sites in the region of Coonawarra, this wine shows classic regional mint and blackcurrant on the nose with a silky supple palate, elegant fruit characters, toasty oak and long, fine tannins.

St Hugo GSM is aromatic and bright, yet exudes the style and pedigree which are hallmarks of the St Hugo label. This Grenache Shiraz Mataro blend shows lifted fruit aromas of Turkish delight and briary complexity. The palate is plush, full and complex. Ripe fruit flavours are complemented by silky tannins and subtle oak.
