Chateau Tanunda was established in 1890 and is the site of some of the First vines planted in the Barossa in the 1840s as well as the Valleys first winery. The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon are from select rows of our Eden Valley vineyard. This wine displays deep, rich purple and red hues. The bouquet has lifted aromas of blackcurrant,bluberry and spice on the silky smooth palate with hints of cedar and mint.

Stockyard takes its name from the 100+ year old stone ruin on our Farms vineyard. Originally a slaughterhouse, today it occupies a much more serene position overlooking rows of low-yielding Shiraz vines. Seductive aromas of blackberry, plum and liquorice with savoury white spice on the nose, the palate is rich and concentrated with dark fruit flavours. The spice carries through to the palate, backed by intensely powerful tannins and integrated oak characters from eighteen months maturation in new and one-year-old French and American hogsheads. This wine will benefit from careful cellaring for 5 years and beyond.

St Hugo GSM is aromatic and bright, yet exudes the style and pedigree which are hallmarks of the St Hugo label. This Grenache Shiraz Mataro blend shows lifted fruit aromas of Turkish delight and briary complexity. The palate is plush, full and complex. The name of this outstanding wine, 'The Holy Trinity' symbolises the Burge family's migration to the Barossa in the 1850's. The family, the vines and their faith created a tradition of winemaking that has continued for five generations. This wine also pays homage to the Barossa, encapsulating the three traditional red varieties of the Barossa - Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre. Under guidance of head winemaker Craig Stansborough, the three varieties come together to make a complex and flavour filled red.

The Cigar the name coined by Coonawarra Vignerons to describe the unique cigar-shaped strip of rich red terra rossa soil. This wine is from the famous strip, the bouquet shows bright cherry, chocolate and musk fruit aromas supported by savoury cedar oak. The palate is vibrant with blueberries and rhubarb balanced by choc-mint with the tannins having mouth-filling praline texture. The finish is long and lingering.

Made from Vineyard to bottle. Low yields cool climate grapes from Nangkita Single Vineyard. Deep sandy soil and limestone beneath, rich in elements for natural aromas and flavours. Blended Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Syrah 40% and Merlot 20%. Smooth and less harshness of the blend making the wine easy. It's splendidly fragrant and enticing with dark plum, cherry, clove and toasted almond notes, leading to a beautifully rounded palate displaying fleshy texture and silky flow.
