Because with all that even growing temperature and well-documented terroir, whites such as sauvignon blanc show not only typicity, but vibrant acidity, and a restrained, sophisticated edge. Leaning on the edge of tropical with green pineapple, green apple, feijoa and lime pith- this is as fresh and unique as they come.

Deep ruby in colour, it has an abundance of aromas of dark fruit, ripe plums, and blackberry with subtle notes of pepper and spice. On the palate, it reveals lush, ripe berry fruit with hints of chocolate and a smoky finish. It has a well-balanced acidity and tannins which make this a truly expressive and enjoyable wine. The Parker Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is made in a riper, more generous style to its peers, yet with enough restraint to display the distinct varietal and regional characteristics. Dark chocolates, violets and notes of liquorice capture the nose, revealing a expansive soft palate layered in berry fruits. Supported by fine grain tannins, the wine encompassing a classic structure, one that can be enjoyed on release and or cellared short to medium term.
