Pressing Matters R139 Riesling is a delicious dessert wine showing a pale straw colour. The bouquet of this wine highlights the sweet aromas of Riesling that sweep across the dainty palate as well. Pear Eau de Vie, quince, ginger and citrus chutney flavours stream across the palate before being corralled into the long, clean and delicate finish. The wine is lovely with soft cheeses and fruit-based desserts.

Hes had great success since, as youll discover with this Riesling. In the glass: Bright pale lemon. On the nose: Tightly wound and delicate. On the palate: Pristine, dry and crisp with a lemon and lime fruit core. Really refined and precise, it has a wonderful quinine-like texture and very tight acidity that will ensure success in the cellar.

This classic Riesling has crisp and racy finish with a slight touch of sweetness to balance the natural acidity.

The lively palate shows lime, lemon and spice with hints of crushed apple. Mouth watering laser like acidity will ensure this wine will live for many years. A single vineyard wine sourced from the Westering vineyard opposite Lake George. The grapes were hand harvested at 11.3 Baume and whole bunch pressed. Juice was cool fermented in stainless steel and the wine held on light lees until bottling in July 2018. Henschke Julius is a classic expression of Eden Valley Riesling. An almost perfect vintage has provided the citrus blossom and lime aromas and an intense minerally structure which will develop for a decade at least.

Displays classic Chardonnay characters of white peach, nectarine and fresh figs. The palate is fresh and vibrant with fruit flavours of citrus and white peach. Maturation in French oak provides subtle nutmeg and clove characters on the palate, while a clean slatey acid backbone provides length and structure to the wine. The wine is complex with no single character dominating the wine. The flavour of the wine persists long after it has left the mouth.
