Made from the popular dark skinned local grape, primitivo, in the Salento region of Puglia, this wine impresses with deep, rich flavours of dark cherry, prunes and heady notes of rosemary, sweet spices and a vanilla undertone. A full-bodied, intense wine, soft and balanced, easy to drink.

Dark fruit, blackberry, chocolate, black cherry. Velvety finish that is lovely and moreish. Very easy drinking, sweet but not too sweet, light but good flavour and legs, fruity but also some raisins and nuts.

Ashtonishing value and pedigree are on offer with the Mouton Cadet Rouge - a historical wine created by Baron Philippe de Rothschild in the 1930s. With access to some of Bordeaux's finest appellations, the Mouton Cadet is considered the premier affordable Bordeaux wine on the market today. Hard to argue when attractive notes of blueberry, morello cherry and blackcurrant simply cascade from the glass creating a truly memorable red wine experience. Sourced from growers from limestone rich soils of the Entre-Deux-Mers and Côtes de Bordeaux to the clay soils around Blaye and the gravel rich Côtes de Bourg. All contributing to what is possibly the bargain old world wine of the year.

Margaret River is an under appreciated region for Australian Shiraz, and it's hard to see why with Cape Mentelle's Shiraz showing a vibrant core of blueberry, mulberry and hints of raspberry. It is well balanced with cocoa and savoury oak. The palate yet, is fine, elegant and focussed, finishing with chalky and structural tannins.

Rich and mature fruit, with soft oak hints. A muscularwine, unique for complexity and harmony. Great match with flavourful first meals or red meats.

Montepulciano has long been one of Italys most important and versatile grape varieties. The grapes for PEMO Montepulciano are grown exclusively on hillside slopes in the Abruzzo region, at an altitude of at least 250 metres above the sea level. Montepulciano has a rich red colour, with a cherryish nose. A deeply characterful wine with an abundance of flavour, it's delightfully soft and velvety, with red and black berry fruits, and a smooth, gentle finish.

Soft rounded and fruit-driven this is a good example of the approachable easy drinking Merlot variety. Generous plummy flavour with just a touch of oak and light tannins make this wine enjoyable now.</p>

Zonin is originally a family of small-scale farmers that has become a touchstone for the Italian and international wine sectors. A major producer, making wines that highlight the exclusivity of their terroirs, varietal characteristics and ultimately the personality of each individual wine. Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is ample and remarkably complex. Dry on the palate and gracious, with delicate and soft veining, a fine and harmonious balance. It makes a fine accompaniment for all red meat dishes and moderately aged cheeses.

Light fresh Italian chardonnay, with peach and stone fruit. The grapes are destemmed, and left in maceration for a few hours. The next phase is the gentle pressing of the marc, resulting in a static cold decanting so that it happens naturally. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 12 °C, with maturation mainly in tank. San Marzano is a small village in the centre of the Primitivo di Manduria DOC region, a strip of land kissed by the two seas of the Salento: the Ionian and the Adriatic. In 1962 the DOC appellation did not yet exist. Even so, 19 winemakers came together to follow a dream and founded Cantine San Marzano. However, it wasn't until 1996 and the introduction of a new bottling plant that San Marzano wines could move from commodity to brand. With the growth of the brand and company, San Marzano set themselves a goal: 'To make a wine just like the one our fathers did and make it original and contemporary.' This was to be the Sessantanni Primitivo di Manduria DOP, one of the iconic labels of the company, and one which embodies the essence of the San Marzano philosophy. Today the collective continues to flourish with the aquisition of new vineyards and opportunities to explore.
