Deep Woods Estate Harmony Rosé continues a run of excellent vintages, combining freshness and lightness that is satisfying and simply mouth-watering. Pale pink colour with salmon hues, a wild strawberry nose with a hint of lifted violet notes. Palate is dry, with well-balanced acidity displaying raspberry and strawberry fruit flavours and a beautifully persistent finish.

Clean, bright and fruit driven with strawberries and cream, cranberry, candy floss and subtle hints of nougat and spice. The palate is long and focused with light and soft texture. There is strawberries and cream with spiced red apple leading to a soft long finish.

Deep Woods Hillside Chardonnay exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters. A suggestion of cedar like oak frames the generous stone fruit characters and complex chipped shell minerality. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit flavour nuanced by cashew notes.
