This 2014 Rosabrook Cabernet Merlot is one of the Margaret River's signature wine styles. Great licks of black fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon interlaced with the smooth plum characters on Merlot. Deep Woods Estate Harmony Rosé continues a run of excellent vintages, combining freshness and lightness that is satisfying and simply mouth-watering. Pale pink colour with salmon hues, a wild strawberry nose with a hint of lifted violet notes. Palate is dry, with well-balanced acidity displaying raspberry and strawberry fruit flavours and a beautifully persistent finish.

Always regarded as one of Margaret River's favourite wineries due to the inherant quality. Forester Estate seems to marry beautifully with their value-for-money philosophy. This Cabernet Merlot continues to win wide acclaim due to its dark purple colour and its lifted aromas of raspberries and black forest cake. Rich berry flavours are well balanced by a tight tannin structure typical of quality Margaret River Cabernets. The other great bonus is the ability of this great Cab blend to morph into a true cellar star.

A unique expression of the Margaret River, Deep Woods Hillside Cabernet Merlot exhibits aromas of cassis and dried herbs. The palate is a rich mixture of red and black berries and is medium bodied with elegant silky tannins. Great length with a touch of sweet spice and dark chocolate notes.

Aromas of ripe red apple and tropical fruits jump out of the glass of Amberley Chimney Brush Chenin Blanc. Lovely Pineapple and lychee flavours fill the palate. Can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with spicy Asian dishes.
