All Cullen Wines are grown on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. Grapes are harvested by hand on fruit and flower days according to the astrological calendar. The wines have no additions of yeast, acid or malolactic culture, and are in this sense natural wines which express the place and land on which they are grown, the vintage and the people.

The Cullen Metricup Chardonnay is a fresh and elegant expression from Margaret River, crafted with a minimalist, natural approach. The Chardonnay is from the Metricup area, and comes with authentic sustainable credentials from a certified organic vineyard in conversion to biodynamic.

Capel Vale is family-owned and one of the pioneers of the West Australian wine industry, first planting vines in 1974. And the duck? The fruit for this wine comes from some of the oldest Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc vines in the region. Full straw with yellow green hue, it presents a plush honeydew melon and warm honey mix with guava and lime juice generosity. The developing palate has a mouth-filling and harmonious mix of lime and melon with deeper traces of tropical fruits and touches of biscuit and honey chiming in on the finish.
