Displays rich yet elegant characters of red cherries, redcurrants and strawberries and cream. Tremendous mouthfeel which wraps around a pristine, lengthy acid line. This bone-dry wine is a perfect wine to enjoy chilled on a warm summers day.

Grown not too far from our own vineyard, this bright cherry red medium bodied wine displays a slight perfumed spiciness with hints of white pepper. Carefully balanced with 25% new French oak, wonderful fruit characteristics and gentle tannins, this is a wine that will reward patientcellaring.

A relatively new addition to the Taylors range, the Jaraman Cabernet Sauvignon is part of a range that includes some of the best in the Taylors lineup of fine wines. Elegant with intense fruit flavours of cherry and cassis along with hints of mint, cedar and spice.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and red apple aromas intermix with hints of honeysuckle and lime. Delicious juicy pear and red apple fruits drive the mouth watering palate with some delicate infusions of fresh herbs lying underneath. Excellent intensity and beautifully rounded texturally it finishes with a lick of crisp acidity and a long supple fruit driven aftertaste. Drink over the next year. Alc. 11.5%

Honeydew and brown lime flavours intertwine with a smooth and creamy mid palate. Fine natural acidity give great length and balances the textural oak characters.

This is a classic cool-climate medium bodied Australian Shiraz made from our best close planted Shiraz block with approx 4,444 vines per hectare compared to the usual Australian 1,850 vine per hectare all with of focus on high quality low yielding vines allowing the fruit characters to come to the fore. Hand-picked, small batch fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels for approx. 20 months has produced a wine with spice and ripe fruit, white pepper, cloves, cedar, orange peel, blackberry and a combination of strongly savoury and sweeter berried flavours developing into an extremelly interesting wine.

This Chardonnay from the picturesque Adelaide Hills is a pale gold with green hues and has notes of citrus and toasty oak on the nose. On the palate there are flavours of fresh citrus and white stone fruit, offering great length and depth through tight acidity and a creamy texture.
