Lingo - Say it with confidence.This wine may be hard to pronounce, but the flavour rolls across the tongue. This Nebbiolo ( Neh-Bee-Ow-Low) provides a rustic, savoury palate, with delicious red fruit flavours and firm tannins.

Winemakers Danny Toaldo and Moreno Chiappin have crafted a seriously flavoursome Shiraz from premium Adelaide Hills fruit. Delicious now but will cellar.Deep red to purple. Fragrant lift of kirsch, cola, dark cherry and vanilla. Powerful yet quite elegant with a sweet mix of black cherry, liquorice and mocha, deep tannins, fresh acidity, lovely oak and a long, sinewy finish.

This parcel of Savagnin fruit from our Western Branch vineyard has been crafted in to a classic aromatic white wine style expressing vibrant tropical fruit notes. On the palate you will find lemon and lime characters with hints of spice and texture that are characteristic of this versatile French variety. Perfect to drink now or after a few years.

This wine opens with a burst of citrus blossom, passionfruit, and cut grass. The palate follows with tangy grapefruit, green melon, and a refreshing mineral edge. Crisp and lively, with excellent balance and length. A refreshing style that speaks to the vibrancy of the 2023 vintage.

Tasting Notes White Gold with green highlights and aromas of stone fruit and fresh white flowers. This Chardonnay has flavours of stone fruit and nectarine to complement the natural freshness of its acidity, supporting the texture, balance and mouthfeel of the palate. Analysis Alcohol: 12.8%

Bright and crisp, with passionfruit, citrus zest, and fresh herbs. There’s also a hint of green fig and a very clean, “cool-climate” character. A touch of minerality rounds out the palate, keeping things crisp but not too sharp. Medium-light bodied, High acidity — gives it freshness and makes it very drinkable.
