Sauvignon Blanc thrives in the cool climate and high altitude of this renowned region, displaying strong varietal intensity and regional expression. Sassy is full of citrus blossom aromas and delightful aromatics. The middle palate has lovely weight from time on lees and refreshing green apple crunchiness.
