Fresh and floral aromas on the nose. Bright, crunchy Apple and Pear flavours are aided by balanced acidity resulting in a delightful texture with a medium to long finish.

Every region has their own hero varieties, and the Adelaide Hills is justifiably renowned for its intensely flavoured and distinctive Sauvignon Blanc.Pale and bright with a green fleck.
