Winemaking in the Clare Valley stretches back over 160 years. We celebrate a region and its heritage by producing this selection of its finest portraits. A fantastic single vineyard Chardonnay from the cool climate region of Adelaide Hills. This Chardonnay showcases great stone fruit characters, along with plenty of rock melon and a subtle creamy oak finish.

This Adelaide Hills Rose is crisp and refreshing, with berry fruits and a lovely persistence of flavour and acidity. Aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries and lifted floral perfumes create a pretty pink wine, perfect with fresh seafood or a platter of spicy charcuterie.

The Clare Valley and Riesling are a match made in wine heaven. Sam Barry has incredible local knowldege and a long family history in the region and is the driving force behind this Riesling.At 7% ABV, it is light on alcohol and but certianly not in flavour or character and shows all the great hallmarks of why Riesling from the Clare Valley has such an impressive reputation. It is crisp, lively and fresh.

Inspired by their mighty character, 'Big Dog' is a range of wines that honour our larger canine companions. Sadie's Sauvignon Blanc reveals vibrant aromas of lime, passionfruit and apple. Guava, nettle and a hint of pineapple flavour give this wine length. Pairs well with goat's cheese.

Winemakers Danny Toaldo and Moreno Chiappin have crafted a seriously flavoursome Shiraz from premium Adelaide Hills fruit. Delicious now but will cellar.Deep red to purple. Fragrant lift of kirsch, cola, dark cherry and vanilla. Powerful yet quite elegant with a sweet mix of black cherry, liquorice and mocha, deep tannins, fresh acidity, lovely oak and a long, sinewy finish.

When we find a treasure that our mofos love, we keep going back for more. Here’s the fourth vintage of this Clare riesling that we’ve featured and the first three were a roaring success. It comes from one of the rising stars of the region and hits all the notes you’ve come to expect. It’s bursting with citrus, minerality and texture. Riesling from Clare is renowned for its bracing acid line carried forth with vivid fruit. This one delivers all that and then some. Load up the cellar before it’s gone!

The palate has a soft, yet delicate structure with typical varietal flavours of nashi pear and lychee. The wine has a delightful creaminess but finishes dry with beautifully balanced acidity

Honeydew and brown lime flavours intertwine with a smooth and creamy mid palate. Fine natural acidity give great length and balances the textural oak characters.
