The Prophet by Chapel Hill McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon
Michael Fragos grew up in McLaren Vale, and spent 14 years at Tatachilla before taking over at Chapel Hill in 2004. A three-time ‘Bushing King’, Michael has also been named best winemaker on the planet! James Halliday notes that his “wine quality is unfailingly excellent” . This one has an expressive nose of blackcurrant, bay leaf cigar box and chocolate. The palate is medium to full-bodied, beautifully structured, with a powerful complexity, fine-grained tannins, velvety texture and long, long finish.

DiGiorgio Head in the Clouds Tempranillo
An easy drinking style of wine perfect for our warm Australian climate. 2022 was a vintage with early ripening conditions which perfectly concentrated the flavours in the Tempranillo. Aged in older barrels, this wine can be enjoyed on any occasion. Perfect to pair with tapas.
DiGiorgio Head in the Clouds Montepulciano
A wine that is driven by the intense fresh fruit characters that are derived from the Montepulciano variety and can be enjoyed as a drink on its own but is robust enough to go with the richest of main courses. This wine is an expression of the versatility of our region and the ambition and passion of our winemakers. Try with rich authentic lasagne.
Bowen Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Big, beautiful and bold - the wines from Bowen Estate have a huge following. Loaded with cedary and blackberry flavours and firm in structure this wine will reward patient cellaring.
Katnook Estate Merlot
When it comes to Australian Merlot, Katnook is among the very best. Lovely plum dark berry and cedary cigar box characters slip seamlessly into a finish that seems everlasting. Aged for 22 months in French oak, the swathes of blackcurrant are a delight to the senses.
Greenock Creek Cabernet Sauvignon
Producing only genuinely Estate wines, Greenock Creek is the lifelong labour of Michael & Annabelle Waugh. These wines are typically full of intense Barossan power, often paired with the heat to boot. Yields are, as Andrew Caillard puts it, impossibly low - leading to both concentration of flavour and a cultish following. Explore the Museum
