Doña Celia Blanco Tequila

Doña Celia is a premium 100% agave tequila, and is presented in a bottle reminiscent of the famous Mexican Catrina. The Catrina, is used in Mexican folklore in the Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) festivals. Catrinas are seen everywhere in Mexico, and this beautifully detailed ceramic bottle is a striking display piece with a great story. Dona Celia Blanco is an unaged tequila that is bottled after a second distillation in order to keep its natural characteristics together with transparency and brightness. Lifted, floral and savoury in character, this tequila is delicious to drink on its own or mixed in cocktails. A unique addition to any backbar or spirits collection.Nose: Fresh agave with fruit and citrus. Palate: Smooth and sweet. Fresh agave, hints of citrus. Finish: Smooth and refreshing.

Quiquiriqui Espadin Mezcal

This beautifully crafted, unaged Mezcal (Joven) is made in Santiago Matatlán by Carlos Méndez. Méndez comes from prime Mezcal stock; his family has produced the spirit for six generations and that experience has led to this bold and complex offering with intensely smoky, spicy, roasted agave flavours and a long floral and peppery finish that is characteristic of the lowland Espadín agave. Matatlán is QuiQuiRiQuis classic, (and highly mixable) house-style Mezcal. In the mouth it is wonderfully smooth and mouth-filling with flavours of toffee apple, wood smoke and cocoa butter, as well as something citrus/briny, and that juicy, peppery finish characteristic of Matatlán-grown Espadín. Having matured for at least seven years, the Espadín agave is locally harvested with the hearts (piñas) traditionally roasted in fire pits for three to five days, before crushing via tahona (stone wheel). Fermentation occurs outside in tinas, or oak vats, relying only on natural airborne yeasts. The final process is a double-distillation in small copper stills. Each roast produces around 1,000 litres of evocative, smoke-wreathed agave spirit. This is a full-flavoured, balanced Mezcal that is perfect as a house pour or for cocktails. With an ABV of 45%, its got, we think, an extra depth and intensity than most house/pouring Mezcals out there (at 40%). And while it has the purity and balance to be sipped neat, the depth guarantees that its a killer base for mixed drinks. Try it in a Tommys Margarita or an Oaxaca Old Fashioned.

Don Julio Añejo Tequila

A testament to Don Julios patience and determination for superior quality, Tequila Don Julio Añejo is the culmination of distinct rich flavours of agave balanced with the perfect amount of wood influence. Don Julio Añejo spends more than the minimum requirement of 1 year on oak, and is normally aged between 18 months and two years before it reaches its optimum age and taste profile. As with the rest of the Don Julio range the nose is fruity and floral, but with notes of vanilla and fresh agave, whilst the palate is slightly richer and more full bodied, yet still sweet and rich with citrus characteristics.

Arquitecto Tequila

Arquitecto Tequila is created from high altitude agave grown on the lands of Master Tequilero, Arq. Enrique Fonseca. The tequila is distilled in copper, exclusively from the weber blue agave plant in Mexico. The agave is cooked, crushed, fermented, and distilled within a range of 41- 45% ABV at Tequilena distillery in the town of Tequila. No immature agave, no non-agave fermentation sugars, no diffuser, and no additives were used in the production of Arquitecto Tequila.

Casamigos Anejo Tequila

Casamigos, a small batch, ultra premium tequila made from the finest, hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Casamigos Anejo Tequila, aged for 14 months in premium American white oak barrels, is beautifully pure and complex. Perfect balance of the sweetness from the Blue Weber agaves, with subtle hints of spice and barrel oak, with a lingering smooth finish.

Don Fulano Blanco

A highland tequila, Don Fulano is made from 100% estate grown mature blue agave cooked in autoclave ovens, naturally fermented in open tanks using wild and cultivated yeast, and distilled in approximately 80% copper pot still and 20% copper, double column still. The spirit is distilled to 50% to 55% then cut with demineralised water from a deep well in the distillery. The tequila is non-charcoal filtered and contains no additives. The Blanco is a bright and colourful expression of highland agave. Fresh and bright on the nose yet profound with beautiful elegance. There is harmony between a wide spectrum of aromas that only mature agave offers; a myriad of delicate floral and fruity notes is balanced by a light herbaceousness. Reminiscent of damp red soil it opens the senses and awakens the appetite. Flavours of grilled pineapple with hints of white pepper almost makes you want to chew it, with underlying notes of butterscotch and an almost oily viscosity on the finish.

Hussong's Tequila Anejo

Hussong’s Anejo Tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave, harvested at a minimum age of 5 years, from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. A unique cooking method combining the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The Tequila is then aged for at least 15 months in used bourbon barrels to give it a smooth and balanced taste. Refined and complex aromas of caramel, vanilla, apple and cinnamon are reminiscent of apple pie, the palate continues with added notes of chocolate, orange and honey with a hint of aromatic spice and a toasted oak finish.
