The estate was started in 1955. Patrick and Christophe Bonnefond now control 65 acres in northern Rhone of which 18 acres is in Cote Rotie. Colline du Couzou comes from an assemblage of plots in the north and south of the Cote Rotie appellation. The fruit is 80% dedstemmed and consists of 95% Syrah and 5% Cinsault. The wine is aged in small barrels for 18 months.

Domaine Santa Duc Famille Gras Les Plans Vin de pays de Vaucluse is produced by one of the greatest wine producers in the Rhone Valley. They are especially known for their stunning biodynamic grenache-based Gigondas wines. The nose hints at raspberry and cassis, white chocolate, light truffle, spices, licorice roots. The palate is round with good acidity on the finish. Sour cherry, raspberry, strawberry, milk chocolate, vanilla. Smooth tannins.

Beautiful deep red colour with purple reflections. This wine opens up with a powerful and expressive nose with toasted notes, and the Syrah bringing a bouquet of red fruit. On the palate, it reveals elegance and richness through fine tannins that balance the opulent notes of very ripe black fruit, typical Syrah spices and a superb long finish.

A remarkable balance on the palate with a beautiful crispness of fresh and light red fruit supported by very fine tannins, revealing a wine of tremendous elegance.

An attractive wooden twin-pack case showcasing two classic Bordeaux blends: 2018 Chateau Haut Madrac is a Cru Bourgeois in the Haut Médoc. A blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon and 42% Merlot, it is an elegant yet powerful example claret with depth of flavour. 2022 Horizon de Lynch is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. Intense purple in colour, with aromas of toasty cedar, dark plums, and liquorice. Fine tannins round out the silky finish - a great example of a modern and highly drinkable claret.

This Pinot Noir is cultivated in the heart of the French Ardèche region, vineyard marked by its cool climate and high altitude. Buis D'Aps is a locality in the town of Alba La Romaine, around which this Pinot Noir is grown, on clay-limestone soils. This cuvée is the fruit of rigorous work: limited yields, thinning at the start of summer, exclusively manual harvest. After a long maceration of 2 to 3 weeks, part of the harvest is aged in oak barrels. Fresh nose, seductive, very cherry, small catchy tannins well coated, floral finish, fresh vegetal, superb character. A beautiful discovery.
