Slingsby Navy Strength Gin

One glimpse of the sleek, black bottle indicates that this is something very special. Our Navy Strength Gin uses the same botanical mix as our classic London Dry Gin including Primrose, sweet cicely, nettle, rhubarb, milk thistle, rose-hip and Taylors of Harrogate green and jasmine tea, however is stronger and richer with an ABV of 57%. This creates a great body and intensity whilst still retaining our classically smooth finish. This gin continues the tradition of the Royal Navy’s ‘proof test’, whereby gunpowder can still ignite if gin is accidentally spilled upon it.

Silent Pool Gin

A beautiful, hand crafted gin, made and bottled on the banks of the Silent Pool. A contemporary take on a London Dry Gin Distilled with 24 botanicals including juniper, liquorice root, cassia bark and cardamom for depth and spice, and bergamot orange and kaffir lime for citrus. Rose, lavender, chamomile and linden flowers add floral notes, while local honey delivers a smooth finish. TASTING NOTES A classic gin at heart, full bodied and fresh with depth, clarity and flavour. Sacred Old Tom Gin

Sacred Old Tom Gin is Sacred's interpretation of the 18th century staple, Old Tom Gin. With bold notes of juniper and naturally sweetened with liquorice root in the traditional manner. Perfect served with tonic or in a Martinez. Suggested Cocktail Add two drops of range bitters and two drops of maraschino liqueur to a chilled martini glass. Pour a half shot of vermouth and two shots of Sacred Old Tom Gin directly from the freezer. Garnish with a pared orange zest. Sacred Spirits is a family run distillery based in Highgate, London. They took the bottle to Ian's local pub and offered free samples and received direct, unfiltered feedback from some seasoned regulars. They proved that vacuum distilled spirits are every bit as flavourful (one could argue more!) than their pot distilled brethren. Our Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky is the first whisky ever distilled in the Cotswolds. We use 100% locally grown, floor-malted barley and mature the whisky in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and reconditioned red wine casks.
