Seppelt have been making sparkling wine in Australia since the 1890s their newest sparkling Rosé, Hooded Woman, has a beautiful, ethereal character that draws you in. This classic, dry style of sparkling rosé begins with a complex, savoury nose of brioche, mineral salt and wild strawberry. The palate boasts further strawberry notes as well as rhubarb and red currant. Maschio's Prosecco is produced in the area of Treviso, north of Venice. The wine is light straw yellow with a lively froth followed by a nose full of strong candid fruit and sweet flower hints.
