A slightly more serious style showing clean and focused characters of citrus, nettles, dried herbs and flint, with a touch of smoke adding complexity from partial barrel fermentation in one year old oak barriques. The palate has a fuller style that has great texture and freshness with dried herbs and citrus at the forefront. The wine finishes long and clean with lingering herbaceous characters and mineral acidity.

One of the most anticipated white wine releases each year, the Leeuwin Sauvignon Blanc may be small in quantities but is big on ripe tropical flavours and tangy acidity.

Margaret River makes some of Australias best Chardonnay and while its home to big names, we think Domaine Naturaliste, a smaller operator, is just as great, so were thrilled to share this with you. They had a strong belief in the unique and expressive terroir of the Margaret River region, and it was this belief that carried them on their journey to create Stella Bella Wines. Back in 1996, Stuart and Janice took over the 'Suckfizzle' Vineyard, believing that its distinctive location would produce unique wines. They weren't wrong, and in 1998 the first vintage of Suckfizzle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon was released. The Stella Bella name was launched in the following yers, as their portfolio of wines grew. They added an estate range, an entry-level range under the label Skuttlebutt, and a premium range labelled, Serie Luminosa. In 2013, Stuart handed over the reins as Chief Winemaker to Luke Joliffe. Today, the Stella Bella team work with a variety of vineyards dotted throughout the Margaret River - Darch, Isca, Forest Grove, Karridale and, of course, Suckfizzle. Each site encapsulates a different aspect and terroir of the Margaret River, allowing Luke and his team to create harmonious blends across different vineyards, or to isolate single vineyard expressions and showcase the individual vineyard characteristics.

Rich aroma with a complex bouquet. The wine opens with intense yeast autolysis characters of pie crust, bread and nougat. There are underlying characters of citrus, apple and fennel, along with flint, hay and almond. Light and delicate with a tight, fine line of acidity, leading to a long focused palate with a creamy texture. Rich autolysis characters of brioche and nougat lead the way with hints of citrus, almond, fennel and hay. This refreshing wine has a long, dry, crisp finish. Ideal match with aperitifs, seafood, cheese or lightly flavoured poultry.
