Green apple, apricot, green pear, lemon myrtle and honey, a coverlet of spicy oak. It's juicy, lots of flavour here, but tight too, and the texture is excellent offering some chalky grip and glossy feel, and it sports a cinch of dried herb and quinine bitterness on a long finish. One of the most anticipated white wine releases each year, the Leeuwin Sauvignon Blanc may be small in quantities but is big on ripe tropical flavours and tangy acidity.

A medium bodied wine with a fleshy mouth feel, displaying peach, nectarine, citrus blossom and subtle sweet oak. Well integrated acid with underlying complex savoury notes and a lingering finish.

A fresh fruit driven Chardonnay from the Manjimup region of Western Australia. Aromas of white peach and cedar followed by a palate filled with white stone fruit, creamy lemon tart and toasted oak spice, all carried by a bright zesty acidity to a long finish.

This Margaret River Sauvignon from the "formidable partnership" (Halliday) of Byron & Harold is "an intriguing mix of the herbal and tropical..."(WinePilot) and "fabulously aromatic..." with "terrific fruit intensity" (Wine Orbit). The fruit here is a combination from two vineyards, one in the north of the Margaret River region and the other close to Augusta in the south. Jane Faulkner in The Halliday Wine Companion gives it 92pts – “Any overt tropical fruit flavours are pared back so this reveals more white stone fruit and citrus – from lemon, lime and grapefruit to makrut lime leaves.
