This enticing Credaro Kinship Chardonnay features a pale straw colour with bright green highlights lurking throughout. The attractive bouquet exudes scents of cashew, citrus, pear, nectarine and white flowers. The palate is soft and medium to full bodied, containing fresh citrus and stone fruit flavours supported by creamy biscuit undertones. These fruit elements integrate with a fine layer of mineral acidity to provide an elegant structure and a captivating climax. With a cellaring potential of 3 to 5 years, this delightful Chardonnay pairs best with vegetable terrines, steamed fish and pastas.

This aromatic white blend is a fusion of 92% Sauvignon Blanc grapes with 8% Semillon grapes. These fruit parcels were harvested in the cool of the night and then cold pressed. The juice obtained was fermented in stainless steel before bottling. The resulting blend displays a pale green colour. The lifted bouquet exudes fresh aromas of guava, with hints of Semillon grapes evident in the background. The medium-bodied palate initially presents flint dry and racy fruit flavours, balanced by crisp acidity. The finale is excellent and lingering. Made for consumption upon release, this enticing white wine has the potential to be cellared for 2 to 3 years from vintage. Swings & Roundabouts Sauvignon Blanc Semillon goes well with poached salmon, Rottnest King George whiting or goat cheese.

Hand Picked Gin Gin clone, the balance of fruit, oak, acidity is so immaculate it is a pointless exercise to try to deconstruct their contributions. This Chardonnay is predominantly from our Chapman Brook Vineyard,established in 1994 in the cool southern half of Margaret River. The cooler climate captures the freshness and vibrancy of the variety. Yellow hay with a bright gold hue. A tropical nose of yellow peaches, melon and mandarin. Generous fruit intensity on the flowing palate, rich with rock melon, pistachio, lemon curd and orange blossom, lifting with a zesty, crisp acidity.

All Cullen Wines are grown on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. Grapes are harvested by hand on fruit and flower days according to the astrological calendar. The wines have no additions of yeast, acid or malolactic culture, and are in this sense natural wines which express the place and land on which they are grown, the vintage and the people.
