Hentley Farm focuses on producing elegant and complex single-estate and single-block wines reflective of their exceptional piece of Barossan terrior. 'The Marl' takes its name from the fruit grown on red clay loam over marl (a friable earthy deposit consisting of clay and limestone) which reduces the water and nutrient availability producing low crops and rich flavours. With a strong aromatic profile, this straight varietal Grenache punches well above it's weight delivering stunning amounts of blackcurrants and raspberry and a hint of spice on the palate with a soft and balanced finish.

Aromas of blueberries and blackberries are complimented by spice notes of black pepper, anise and leather. This wine is everything the Limestone Coast is famous for.

Pressed from its skins early, before the end of fermentation, this Pinot Noir is bursting with red cherry and berry characters and a smooth finish

Debut wines are fresh, fruity, exuberant wines which remain true at all times to their varietal origins. A soft and juicy expression of Malbec, this wine shows flavours of rich plums, dark cherries with a hint of tobacco.

A fresh Cabernet Sauvignon hand-crafted from organically farmed vineyards delivering bold, bright fruit flavours of plums and blackberry. Cedarwood spice oak flavours are in support and soft tannins ensure a plush and delightfully long finish.
