The Expression range celebrates the diversity of Tasmania’s wine-growing regions. Our Chardonnay has been crafted with exceptional fruit from the Coal River Valley, on the lower East Coast of Tasmania. It displays a symphony of white peach and citrus blossom, the use of French oak imparts a creamy texture that balances the juicy acid line to still retain remarkable freshness.

This remains one of Australia's esteemed Rieslings, a testament to the consistently excellent wines from the Mt Barker region in Western Australia. After aging in the cellar, the Howard Park Riesling has developed beautifully. While still showcasing its signature pristine aromas, the crisp green apple notes have softened and melded with richer citrus tones, and the citrus flowers have evolved into a more complex bouquet with subtle hints of honey and minerality. The palate retains its delicate yet intensely flavored character, now displaying a greater depth and complexity.

Freycinet Riesling is pale straw in colour with a bouquet of orange blossom and honey that makes for immediate appeal. The palate is tightly structured with long citrus and grapefruit flavours. A real keeper!

With an alcohol level of 9%, the Bream Creek Late Picked Schonburger displays light yellow hues. This dessert-style wine exudes delicate aromas of rose petals, apricots and honey with subtle hints of Turkish delight and baking spices from the luxurious bouquet. The palate is smooth and elegant with juicy characters of citrus, apricots and yellow peaches, leading to a clean and refreshing finish. Pair it up with blue cheese and decadent desserts to discover its full potential.

F.G.R. Stands for Forty Grams Residual. Made in an homage to the Germanic Kabinett style, it is loaded with forward fruit, and plenty of luscious residual sugar, but enough fine acid carries the palate to a crisp dry finish.

The alcohol levels are slightly higher than most years this leads to a softness in the body and finish of the wine. Aromas of lime zest, white jasmine and mandarin. The palate is complex with lemon juice, lime zest & a mineral finish.

The aromatics are alive with poached pear, guava, peach and spice. The palate is expressive with a textural mouth feel and great length of flavour. A classic natural acid line retains balance and structure, finishing with a light spice.
