Absolut Elyx is a new super-premium single-batch vodka from the makers of Absolut. Every batch is produced in a hand-operated still from 1929, with columns, pumps and hand-forged pipes made of copper, making use of coppers natural purifying properties. It is the result of genuine craftsmanship and manual operation in every detail of the process. Only natural ingredients are used and every part of the production, from planting of the first wheat seeds to bottling, is performed within a 25km radius in the Ahus region of Southern Sweden. Every batch is carefully tasted and approved before it is bottled making Absolut Elyx a truly luxurious experience.

Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. The blanco (unaged) is a wonderfully clean palate with good agave, crisp apple and sweet tropical fruit notes (pineapple and ripe pear).

In the 1920s Prohibition Era, a Blind Tiger was an establishment known to illegally sell alcohol, with a focus on celebrating the exciting flavour and taste of liquor cocktails, many of which were Gin based. Blind Tiger Organic Gin is distilled in small batches and is a complex, yet elegant and aromatic gin.

Gammel Dansk which literally means Old Danish was first created in 1961. Flavoured with 29 types of herbs and spices including star anise, nutmeg, ginger, laurel, gentian, Seville orange, cinnamon, its a perfect way to help digestion after a meal or any time an amaro is called for.

Pot still is an equipment used to distill spirits. It is a slower process and had to be done in batches in a single distillery. Green Spot is an Irish whiskey that mixed pot still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years, in order to find the perfect balance on the smell and taste. It opens up with notes of orchard fruits, sweet spices and toasty oak. Full body and a lasting pleasant finish with flavours of warm spices and barley.

Juuri means both âOriginâ and it is the base to make great Rye bread. This Kyro Juuri Un-Aged Rye Spirit is made from 100% pure Finnish malted Rye. It is the new make for the first Nordic Single Malt Rye Whisky. It had some spicy Rye notes on the nose with initial dryness followed by liquorice root and a fine touch of anise on the palate.

Hyde No.1 is the 2016 best irish single malt in the world. Hyde 10yo single malt is finished in vintage oloroso sherry casks which have been hand selected. Wonderfully smooth yet complex, creamy yet fruity with notes of caramel and honey, apricot, plum, and a silky malt texture. The Pasilla Mixe chilli is the hero here. Sourced directly from the Mixe farmers on the Sierra Norte mountains, we macerate the smokey chillis in a special alcohol made from Danish heritage Purple Wheat and organic malted barley. After distillation those same chillis are then used to make a Pasilla Mixe kombucha which is also distilled and then blended in to adjust the alcohol percentage.

Grace O’Malley Heather Infused Irish Gin is made with 14 aromatic botanicals from the west of Ireland including heather, wild thyme, red clover, blackthorn, fraughan (bilberry) and rock samphire. A true, traditional-style gin made with modern distilling techniques to capture flavour intensity. Rounded and balanced with a fresh, floral finish.
