Rapaura Springs Pinot Gris
Aromas of red apple, quince, pear and some underlying ginger spice. The palate is full, rich and fruit driven and has some lovely acidty, balanced by the natural fruit sugars retained in this wine.

But after 30-odd years working for other wineries, he took the big step of setting up on his own in 2018 – and, being an old friend of ours, we backed him every step of the way. In return, Sam creates some excellent wines just for us, most have become bestsellers. We suspect this cracking Chardonnay will shortly join them.

The fruit was entirely hand-harvested and allowed 6 hours skin contact in the press before fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures to maximise fruit expression. This wine shows all the hallmarks of easy-going, classic Italian Pinot Grigio; subtle grapefruit and underlying floral and spice notes on the nose followed by citrus and peach flavours bound together by a tight minerality.
Red Claw Pinot Gris
Floral with pear, spice and citrus flavours light to medium weight soft acid to close.
Punt Road Pinot Gris
This Pinot Gris has a bright straw colour with lifted aromas of honeysuckle pear and floral notes. Ageing in oak has given the wine a creamy texture and with crisp acidity on the finish.
