Boydell's Rosé

Contentious Character Rose

A full bodied Rose with raspberry and citrus characters. A refreshing touch of sweetness lifts the wines character and rounds the mouthfeel; while the bright, crisp acidity gives balance and length to the finish.

Bovin Ana-Marija Rose

Ana Marija from Bovin is dry rose wine produced from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon that undergoes a short cold maceration from which delicate intense rosé color is obtained. The nose is full of roses, wild strawberry cherry and pomegranate. Although there is a touch of residual sugar on the mid palate fresh fruits underpin balancing the sweetness. The attractive mix of fragrances the freshness yet mid sweetness makes it an ideal summer drink. It is best when combined with white cheese, salads and cold dishes, fish and shellfish, or it can accompany with fruity cake.To be served at 8-10°C

Hemera Estate Grenache Rose

Grenache was hand-picked specifically for the production of rose. The fruit was crushed and macerated for 2 hours to increase colour pick-up as well as some natural fruit tannin. The must was then gently pressed to liberate the juice, and then 80% was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain delicate fruit aromas. The balance was drained to old oak hogsheads where the juice underwent a natural fermentation and subsequent maturation on full lees for 5 months before blending and bottlingTasting EvaluationColour: Bright, pale salmon with copper highlights.Aroma: Subtle scents of cantaloupe, red currant, wild strawberry, Morello cherry and freshly grated ginger, pink peppercorn coupled with underlying gunflint aroma.Palate: Red apple skin, ruby grapefruit and rhubarb flavours abound with textural fruit sweetness, balanced with fine fruit phenolics with crunchy apple acid focus. The finish is dry and refreshing. Enjoy with fresh South Australia seafood or on its own.

Domaine De La Rouviere Côtes de Provence Rosé

Domaine de la Rouvière Côtes de Provence Rosé is based on a blend of cinsault, grenache and syrah and derives from vineyards around Pierrefeu du Var, about 30 kilometres from Toulon and about an hours drive from St Tropez. The rocky landscape dominated by the Massif de Maure is typically undulating with pine forests and a large expanse of vineyards; many on south facing slopes. The warm Mediterranean growing season followed by night harvesting lead to optimum fruit ripeness and retention of acidity. Cool-vinification preserves fruitiness, freshness and transparency. The beautifully packaged Domaine de la Rouvière Rosé possesses a pretty light pink colour, attractive strawberry red cherry, raspberry aromas, plentiful fresh fruit flavours and crisp acidity. It works well as an aperitif with olive tapenade or anchovies on toast. Or pair with summer salads, charcuterie, grilled fish or BBQ meats.

Vins Bréban Villa Aix AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence

Standard to a Provence style rosé, Maison Breban Villa Aix AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence is produced from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah. Empowering the wine while young with aromas of red berries the Grenache also provides its body, power, and magnitude. The Cinsault provides the freshness, delicacy and fruity touch, while also conveying other nuanced qualities from the other varietals in the blend. The Villa Aix rosé wine goes well with charcuterie, grilled fish, and many white meats. Best to be served at a temperature of 8° to 10°C.
