Oldesloer Kummel
Since 1898 Kümmel is produced in the Oldesloer corn distillery. It was launched in a different configuration under the name Oldesloer Kümmel in 1983. Since then we have an ever-growing user group. Today Oldesloer Kümmel is one of the most popular Kümmel specialities in northern Germany. The clear Holsteiner speciality owes its typical flavour to valuable distillates made from the finest caraway seeds the oldest spice in Europe
Oberkircher Grauer Burgunder Kabinett Trocken
This Pinot Gris is a fresh and uniformly very dry wine. It lends itself therefore as an ideal accompaniment to the lighter yet finer dishes served nowadays. Its hearty and lively yet distinctively fruity aroma of tropical fruit, acacia blossoms, caramel and wildflowers will make wine-lovers swoon. The Must is carefully and slowly allowed to ferment for a period of 3 weeks so that the quality features present in the grape are not lost. Trumer Pils

La Trappe Blond
La Trappe is the only Trappist beer located outside of Belgium and is only one of the seven still producing Trappist beers today. The Blond is a golden blond beer that combines the Trappist fermentation process to produce an aromatic, fruity and fresh aroma. The flavour may be described as light malty and slightly sweet. La Trappe Quadrupel
Quadrupel is the heaviest La Trappe beer with a magnificent amber color. Matured in oak barrels, it has a warm, intense flavor that is full and well balanced. Malty sweet, slightly toasted and pleasantly bitter with a sweet aftertaste. Identifiable aromas include banana, almond and vanilla.
La Chouffe Ale
Blonde style from Belgium, beautiful fruit on the palate finishing clean and crisp. La Chouffe is an unfiltered blonde beer, which is re-fermented in the bottle as well as in the keg. It is pleasantly fruity, spiced with coriander, and with a light hop taste.
Löwenbräu Original Beer
Löwenbräu translates to 'lions brew' and is brewed under German Purity Law. This all natural beer is fully balanced with dry but crisp, bitter undertones. Clean, smooth and perfectly structured.

Franziskaner Hefe Weissbier
Conditions are cloudy but the outlook is superb. This Bavarian masterpiece founded in 1363 has just as many reasons to flaunt its creativity. The bottle conditioning creates a cloudy appearance, when poured forms a foamy white long lasting head. Fruity tones consisting primarily of bananas and apples turns this creation into a zesty experience.
The Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas
This Bitters is dedicated to Jerry Professor Thomas (1830-1885), considered to be the most famous and important bartender of the 19th century. The bitters includes citrus and dried fruit aromas with the spicy flavours of cloves, angostura bark and cinnamon. A perfect addition to all cocktails based on aged spirits like Whisk(e)y, Rum, Tequila and Brandy.
