Forty Spotted Rare Tasmanian Gin is hand distilled in small copper pot stills using the steeping method of Gin production and use of traditional botanicals of juniper berry, coriander and lemon peel creating a traditional London Dry style, but incorporating something a little bit special to give this Gin a unique finish.

Knocklofty 'Garden Party Gin' is made with seasonal, surplus berries from the Westerway Farm (Tasmania). The berries are steeped in the gin to provide a unique, natural taste.

Delicate notes of mandarin, rosemary and bergamot are carefully preserved through vapour infusion and balanced with traditional juniper and coriander botanicals. Tasmanian Dry Gin, A classic London Dry style with a Tassie twist has 11 botanicals that hero the native pepperberries and herbs found on the way to Cradle Mountain. Wildly fragrant with alpine freshness, juniper, coriander and Tasmanian highland pepperberries with a hint of liquorice root.

Tasmanian Modern Gin, 15 botanicals showcase oranges and wild Tasmanian herbs and flowers picked from local gardens and fields. Sage, cardamon, wild fennel, and sweeping meadow florals driven by lavender, bay and rosemary with echoes of juniper.

Poltergeist Gin is produced in small batches at the historic Shene Distillery in Pontville, Tasmania. Poltergeist Unfiltered retains the full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals, completely covering the front, middle and back of the pallet with a long lingering finish. It may ghost over ice due to the density of flavouring oils derived from the botanicals. The flavour profile is earthy and robust, and the balance of brawny botanicals like liquorice root, cardamom, orris root and Tasmanian pepper berries, with the more traditional citrus and nutty gin flavours, is unique. Drink it straight over ice, in a classic martini or a negroni.
