Now out on his own, this new venture not only shows his skillful winemaking but captures the essence of the region and the reason its so renowned. Balanced, peppery, has good power and lots of smoky, meaty tannin, showing blueberries, blackberried and black cherries.
Wynns Coonawarra Pedro Ximenez
Malt, toffee and caramel characters lead, with lovely clean spirit lifting up florals and hints of rancio and raisin. The palate is elegant, fresh and smooth with spicy complex toffee and fish oil. A round and rich mid palate is made tight with clear fine spirit, and creamy intense malt notes stretch for a long, clean finish. Pair with dry coconut ice cream, dark chocolate ganache and baked apple or bitey cheddar with figs, dates and prunes.

Small batch, craft, infusion of botanicals, biodynamicviognier wine base. Made in the Yarra Valley bywinemakers with a curious sense of spirits.
Warner Vineyard "The Rest" Shiraz
Produced using equal portions of whole bunch and destemmed fruit along with indigenous yeasts and minimalist wine making techniques of pump overs and aerations reducing to irregular pumch down in a combination of new and aged French oak. MLF was undertaken in barrel and the wine was left on full lees for approx. 14 months before racking and bottling unfiltered and unfinned.

Cockburns 10 Year Old Tawny has a bright tawny red colour. On the nose lively candied fruit aromas, combine with toffee, caramel and honey. On the palate beautifully rounded, with delicious mature dried fruits and hints of walnuts and almonds, exquisitely mellow and a long luscious finish.
