Clean, bright and fruit driven with strawberries and cream, cranberry, candy floss and subtle hints of nougat and spice. The palate is long and focused with light and soft texture. There is strawberries and cream with spiced red apple leading to a soft long finish.

Forester Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a clean, fruit driven wine style showing herbaceous, citrus and lifted floral characters distinct to Margaret River. Clean and fruit driven with peach, lime and grapefruit. There is underlying butter with nutty oak and creamy lees. The palate is rich and textured with creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of peach, honeydew melon and grapefruit are prominent.

Petaluma Croser is one of the true premium quality sparklings produced in Australia. This Croser is subtle and refined on the nose and supported by lovely melony fruit on the palate and a clean crisp finish. Sourced from fruit high in the Adelaide Hills, Croser is the perfect aperitif style sparkling.

Ninth Island Sparkling Rose displays bright lifted aromas of rose petals, fresh strawberry, spice and pouring cream. This wine represents the beauty of Tasmanian Pinot Noir, supported by the fresh zesty structure of Chardonnay. The palate is layered and rich, due to bottling aging on lees, balanced by refreshing natural acidity creating a sparkling wine of texture and poise.

With a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, the bouquet offers delightful lifted aromas of strawberry, lemon citrus and underlying notes of biscotti. The palate is elegant and well integrated displaying intense strawberry, nectarine and cashew characters enhanced by partial malolactic fermentation and extended time on yeast lees. The natural acidity provides excellent structure and finesse, with a mouthwatering citrus and nougat finish.
