One of them, a South Australian, defied preconceptions and invented wine cask, breaking the rules just to keep his wine fresh. A box makes perfect sense. South Australia's landscape has been eroded by time to reveal layer upon layer of copper-toned strata lines. Copper Strata wines are equally shaped by the earth and the seasons over time. This Shiraz displays notes of blue plum and black cherry fruit. An array of juicy fruit flavours provide a fine tannin structure on the palate.

Devil's Vine is one hell of a wine. This devilish drop is approachable yet complex, juicy yet smooth and intensely satisfying. This wine has lifted raspberry, red cherry and complex earthy notes. A juicy and generous palate of red and black fruit complimented by chocolate, musk, aniseed with hints of leather.

The Bare Touch wines are made by Cowpunk winemaker Aaron Mercer using early picked grapes, free run juice and a “hands off” non intervention approach. The grapes are naturally lower in alcohol and with far less skin contact than a traditional red wine, the free run juice is bright and vibrant with significantly lower tannins. The hands off winemaking approach allows the fruit to express itself fully whilst building complexity. The result is a range of fresh and elegant wines with a sleek, supple mouthfeel that are perfect to be served with a moderate chill or straight from the fridge.

Light, bright and full of flavour, this Pinot Noir bursts with cherries, plums and raspberries. Smooth tannins and a perfumed nose create a red wine perfect for year-round enjoyment. Pair with a decadent meal of roast duck for a classic food match.
