The Bare Touch wines are made by Cowpunk winemaker Aaron Mercer using early picked grapes, free run juice and a “hands off” non intervention approach. The grapes are naturally lower in alcohol and with far less skin contact than a traditional red wine, the free run juice is bright and vibrant with significantly lower tannins. The hands off winemaking approach allows the fruit to express itself fully whilst building complexity. The result is a range of fresh and elegant wines with a sleek, supple mouthfeel that are perfect to be served with a moderate chill or straight from the fridge.

This wine has had the alcohol gently removed and remains full of flavour. Ripe red plum and dark cherry fruit aroma's, this wine is declious and soft, with fine tannin and a medium finish

Yalumba Y Series Merlot is soft and supple, with sweet, ripe fruit flavours and a hint of liquorice or anise. Merlot is an excellent alternative to the heavier and more tannic red varieties.

With 2008 being one of the greatest vintages recorded in modern history in South Australia, little gems like this 2008 Jamiesons Run Shiraz are worth their weight in gold. Ripe berry fruit with touches of mint chocolate biscuit and hints of black pepper spice. A few years in our climate controlled cellars has softened the tannins nicely to provide a fantastic value for money red wine suited to many cuisine types.

The Evans & Tate Gnangara Shiraz's spicy aromas are combined with peppery, savoury notes and the flavours of ripe red berries are fresh and lively with light tannins on the finish.

This Cleanskins Barossa Valley Shiraz is another stunning value cleanskin! Showing classic Barossan characters of blueberry and plum, the palate has minimal oak, making it all about the fruit. The 2014 Yalumba Y Series Tempranillo has aromas of blueberry, black cherry and fennel seed leaping from the glass. It is juicy and plush on the palate with apparent dark berries and mocha tannins. The finish is rustic and savoury. Enjoy with salt and pepper grilled lamb cutlet.
