First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

A secret recipe of adventurous spice & natural flavours that are expertly blended with fine Caribbean rum then aged in charred white oak barrels to create a taste and colour as rich as a pocketful of gold doubloons. Notes of rich natural vanilla, brown sugar, dried fruit, warming spices with hints of oak, come together to create a perfectly balanced spirit with a smooth finish. Best served in a tankard over ice, with cola and a slice of lime.

Bundaberg Red is the first Rum to be filtered with Red Gum. Bundaberg Red has been crafted to deliver an incredibly smooth taste while retaining the unique character for which Bundaberg Rum is famous. Bottled here in a larger 1L bottle for the true lover of Bundy Red, and also a great addition to any bar.

Aged with the richest of Bundaberg's rum reserves and matured in cognac and brandy barrels, only 30,000 bottles will be produced each batch. The result is truly a complex creation with exceptional fruit flavours and the perfect balance of vanilla, honey and spice. These bottles are limited with each MDC Small Batch release referencing its batch and bottle number so it makes the perfect gift for any Bundaberg collector. Capricorn rum Liqueur Queenslands finest sugarcane is harvested, crushed and refined to produce a beautiful, thick molasses that is at the heart of our pot distilled rum. Ageing in Oak Barrels for a minimum of two years we have a refined and elegant rum that is then paired with caramel and sea salt to produce the nectar of the gods, Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur. Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur is slightly sweet, however there is a focus on highlighting our aged rum. Its delicious and can be served many different ways.
