30 Mile Chardonnay
A ripe, fleshy quaffing Chardonnay. Bright straw colour with yellow green tinged edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach and crème brulee like aromas fill the nostrils with hints of toasty oak and butterscotch also present. Fleshy and ripe, the palate features peach and tropical fruit flavours over vanillin spice and traces of crème brulee. Balanced acidity with a nicely shaped finish. Drink over the next year. Alc. 13%
Halt n' Run Chardonnay
This premium, fresh, yet oaky Chardonnay from Barossa fruit, has plenty of bright orchard and citrus fruit, with a long balanced and textured finish.

A lovely aperitif style, with lifted honeysuckle and citrus from the Chardonnay and delicate strawberry Pinot characters. Tirage age of this Jansz Premium Cuvée adds nutty complexity and creamy texture.
Oakridge Over The Shoulder Chardonnay

Robert Stein Third Generation Chardonnay
The Third Generation series is a modern style Chardonnay, Robert Stein Winery has crafted with the exceptional fruits from Mudgee to create this great expression of the vineyard and regional characteristics in a bottle. With the aromas of grapefruit, peach and citrus, fermentation was 80% in stainless steel tank with high lees contact. The remainder time in older oak undergoing partial Malolactic Fermentation with wild yeast, which adds diversity and complexity to the finish.
Angove Bin 256 Chardonnay
With 130 years of expertise under the family’s belt, Angove have plenty of experience to call upon. In recent years they have been awarded ‘Winery of the Year’ and many medals besides for individual wines. Fourth generation John Angove now heads up the cellar that Dr William Angove started in 1886 near Adelaide (by making award winning brandy – a product they’re still famous for) and, besides championing unusual grapes, John also pioneers modern styles of wine. His 2018 turns its back on the weighty, golden, heavily oaked Chardonnays of last century and embraces bright stone fruit, shot through by lemony brilliance. No wonder this grape is back in favour.

Taltarni Sparkling Brut has crisp green apple with a touch of toast on the bouquet, the palate is fine and refreshing with persistent bubbles and a dry lingering finish. Excellent as an aperitif or with lighter style dishes.
Glaetzer-Dixon überblanc Riesling
The überblanc Riesling is attributed to a über 2001 vintage, winemaker Nick Glaetzer experienced in the Pflaz region of Germany, learning first hand some of the award winning techniques used by their winemakers. Tasmanian grapes sourced for the wine display the core elements, highly regarded by the Pflaz winemakers for or elegantly structured and balanced Riesling. Delicate lime zest and floral aromas fill the glass. Further citrus flavours develop on the fresh mineral structure, enhanced by the juicy fruit flavours.
