Bourgogne Gamay became a new regional appellation from the 2011 vintage. The grapes used are exclusively from the Beaujolais Crus (predominantly granitic soils). The grapes are manually harvested. Light and fruity, Gamay is best enjoyed young. Its aromas are reminiscent of violets and red fruits, cherry/kirsch and white pepper spice. Very supple in the mouth, it is a round, well-balanced, with a great freshness. Drink over the next 2 to 3 years.

The wines of Thierry Delaunay have gained a reputation as exceptionally well crafted, modern expressions of classic Touraine varieties. This Loire Valley Gamay almost dances on the tongue with its refreshing, charming exuberance. A selection of the best cuvees of the vintage, the colour is bright ruby red in colour. Red fruits predominate on the nose, with strawberries, red plums and cherries. The palate is light and supple, with soft tannins and a fresh, fruity finish. A joyful wine with a spring in its step.

Krondorf is a name synonymous with the Barossa Valley with a long and prestigious history. The Louis Latour Beaujolais-Villages comes from 35 selected towns originating from granite soils, which bring a crunchy freshness that is typical to the region's the indigenous Gamay grape. With an average vine age of 30 plus years, this Beaujolais-Villages is nurtured and bottled in Maison Latour's cellars at 'Clos Chameroy' on the outskirts of Beaune. With its deep colour and garnet tints, this Beaujolais-Village 2020 offers pleasant aromas of wild strawberries and myrtle. The palate is round with smooth, chalky tannins and unveils black cherry, spice, and nutmeg notes on the finish.
