The Grant Burge Winemakers Selection Shiraz is of one of our favourite full-bodied, Barossa Valley Shiraz's. With extraordinary depth, spicy white pepper, blue fruits, plums and blackberries, all underlined by crushed violets. The intensity is balanced with an outstanding finesse, supple oak handling and tannin grip exactly in the dosage prescribed to allow the mouthfeel to sing.

Wolf Blass brings us a fruit driven style Shiraz Merlot Cabernet blend with a bouquet of lifted spice, plum, and subtle oak. The palate is medium bodied, showing soft fruit flavours with rich berry characters.

A soft and generous Langhorne Creek red with supple ripe fruit and a hint of chocolate and sweet vanillin oak - fantastic value!

Very aromatic with notes of ripe black and red fruits. In the palate, has a fruity start, very smooth and with concentrated red fruit flavours, well balanced with oak notes and a nice pronounced acidity. The fresh, yet fine tannins take over at finish, where flavours of spice and liquorice dominate.

The art of Corella's Quill is magestic and delicate. This Grenache has lifted aromas of raspberry and red cherry fruits. Ripe fruity flavours with a touch of spice on the palate. Leaving a medium to long finish. A great match for roasted meats or vegetables.

This Barossa Grenache is bright and fruity. Lifted aromas of raspberry and red cherry with notes of spice. Crunchy acidity with a hint of toasty oak gives this wine texture and style. The perfect match with Crispy Pork and spicy Asian slaw.
