Foxes Island Fox By JB Pinot Noir
A superb value wine, Fox by JB is Foxes Island entry level Pinot Noir. The grapes are sourced from the Belsham Awatere Estate and from select sustainably certified vineyards, which provide fruit specifically for Foxes Island in Marlborough. The harvested fruit is de-stemmed and cold soaked for 12 days prior to fermentation in open top fermenters. Maturation takes place in French oak barrels for 10 months before blending and bottling.
