The Rosé is produced largely from old vine Merlot grown in the Pemberton region of W.A. and is super pale, refined and ready to drink.

The Burge family are Barossa royalty with a history that dates back to 1885 when Grant Burge's Great Great Grandfather, John Burge, immigrated to Australia. Being the 5th Generation Burge, this wine pays tribute to the great impact the Burge family continues to have over the great regions history. The Cabernet Merlot is a wonderfully lush and vibrant wine with typical Barossa notes of vanilla and blueberry all kept in wonderful balance with judicious use of oak.

A wine that is bursting with fruit vibrancy showing aromas of blood plum, chocolate and subtle oak. The palate delivers fresh, upfront fruit with plush tannins and a long-concentrated finish.

Yalumba Y Series Merlot is soft and supple, with sweet, ripe fruit flavours and a hint of liquorice or anise. Merlot is an excellent alternative to the heavier and more tannic red varieties.

This Gris from the home of the long white cloud offers creamy pear notes, honey and hints of caramel with citrus and vanilla. The palate reflects the nose with it flavours of ripe pear and honey layered with guava. There is a creamy weight when drinking and it trails rich flavours of tangerine. Ideally suited to drink with with pasta, parsley and parmesan or poached salmon and wild mushrooms.

Ripe and generous, the leafy, minty characters of Cabernet are complemented by the softness and plummy fruit coming from the Merlot. A nice touch of sweet oak completes the picture.
