House of Arras Grand Vintage
House of Arras Grand Vintage is at the pinnacle of Australian sparkling wine! The fruit is sourced from the cool climate region of Tasmania where Ed Carr (Gourmet Wine Traveller Winemaker of the Year 2011) and his team produce an outstanding wine of incredible complexity and character resulting from extended maturation on yeast lees. Outstanding.
A by Arras Premium Cuvée
A by House of Arras Premium Cuvee has a complex and inviting aroma with nuances of forest floor, nougat, exotic spice and lanolin. The palate has opulent flavours reminiscent of lychee, butter sauteed mushroom, natural yoghurt and fresh oyster.
House of Arras Rosé
House of Arras was born of an ambition to create world class sparkling wines that showcases both winemaker and region. Ed Carr's House of Arras Rosé marries exceptional cold climate Tasmanian vineyards and uncompromising sparkling winemaking techniques mastered over decades. A sophisticated rosé style with an exceptional balance of red fruits and the complexity of extended age. Intense flavour and structure, with an excellent natural acidity, this is the prime example of why Ed Carr is considered Australia's greatest sparkling wine maker.
Pirie Sparkling
Northern Tasmania is widely known for the quality of sparkling wine produced in the cool climate region, with the first 1995 vintage of Pirie doing much to establish this reputation. Now a new chapter is born with Pirie NV Sparkling - A full flavoured cuvýe from a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir, boasting complexity and freshness. A vibrant lemony acidity with a full and rich mid-palate leads to slaty, mineral finish.
Arras Brut Elite Rose
House of Arras EJ Carr Late Disgorged
With 10 years on lees it is the patience to allow this wine to mature at its own pace. This excellent sparkling exhibits all the elegance, power and vibrancy that are the hallmarks of world class premium sparkling wine.
Barringwood Classic Cuvee
A fascinating blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, Barringwood Classic Cuvee shows a pale, apricot straw colour with fine beads. The bouquet of this Tasmanian Cuvee exhibits aromas of stone fruits, strawberries and cream. Lees ageing helps build a soft and creamy texture for the palate, which is brimming with citrus notes of quince and green apple, crisp minerality, and hints of toast and cream. Providing a lengthy and enticing mouthfeel. It can be enjoyed with triple creme cheese, oysters, or white-fleshed fish.
