Whistle Pig Farmstock Rye Whiskey
FarmStock Rye Crop No. 003 is the third release of the limited edition annual Triple Terroir Whiskey - created from the distillery's own rye grain, distilled and proofed with the distillery's own water, and aged in custom Vermont White oak. Crop No. 003 is the first ever majority WhistlePig Whiskey. Comprised of 52% of 3-year-old Rye whiskey, blended with 31% 6-year-aged whiskey and 17% 10 year aged whiskey from Alberta, Canada. Sweet and aromatic, with Vanilla, Maraschino, roasted chestnuts and hints of cigar box. Oak, toffee and baking spices on the palate followed by soft notes of Creme Brulee and rose petals. Warm and lasting with a pleasant Rye spice.

Writers Tears Double Oak is an exclusive Irish whiskey created using two woods and two styles of premium Irish whiskey. A blend of Single Pot Still and Single Malt Irish whiskey, aged in two types of wood American Oak Bourbon Barrels from Kentucky and French Oak Cognac Casks from the Cognac Region in France. It is triple-distilled, non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV. This expression is made possible by a close collaboration between the Walsh family in Irelands County Carlow and the Legaret family in Cognac, France.
