Serafino Shiraz

Paxton MV Shiraz
A delicious mouthful of McLaren Vale Shiraz. Paxton has generous ripe black fruits, sweet spice, liquorice and rich chocolate flavours on the palate. Framed by savoury oak and silky fine tannins with a lengthy finish.
Paracombe Shiraz
High up in the Adelaide Hills, Paracombe is owned and operated by the Drogemuller family, which it has passionately done since 1983. Sourced from both estate and selected grower fruit, Paracombe Shiraz shows wonderful ripe fruit aromas with a delicate cool-climate aspect. Notes of cherries, plums, pepper and spice are notable along with a palate of layered spicy fruit and a fine tannin structure.
Heartland Shiraz
A true rising star of the Australian winemaking scene, Ben Glaetzer produces a lovely, rich but balanced Shiraz from Langhorne Creek and the Limestone Coast. A nice departure from his usual big Barossa styles, this Shiraz is a perfect food match for lamb cutlets or Napoli based pasta dish.
Quarry Hill Shiraz
Occupying some of the more elevated land in the Canberra District, Quarry Hill produces a Shiraz with ripe flavours and excellent natural acids; the hallmarks of great cool-climate Shiraz. Aged in a mix of new and older French oak, the wine is bright purple in the glass, follwed by aromas of raspberry, plum, spice and a little pepper. Through the palate, there are flavours of mulberry and plum, fine tannins and a crisp, dry finish.
Carpineto Dogajolo
This terrific Tuscan blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet offers raspberry and cherry aromas. The palate is lean and lively with red berry fruits and plum pudding flavours. Now sealed under screw-cap, it's fresher and more vibrant than ever!
Artemis Pinot Noir
Artemis Pinot Noir is hand crafted from grapes grown on low yielding vines, from the cool climate Southern Highlands of NSW. A blend of old world and new world winemaking techniques results in a wine full of intense Australian fruit aroma, complexity and structure.
Sancho Garces Rioja
Bright and clean, cherry-red coloured with middle robe. Creamy notes of black fruit are combined with spicy aromas and slight toasting. All this wrapped by high-quality ripe tannins that display their elegant structure.
Carpineto Spolverino
Carpineto Spolverino (Feather Duster) is an exciting Sangiovese blend from Chianti that pokes a little fun at the traditional Italian wine laws which prohibit a wine being labelled 'Chianti Classico' being bottled under screw-cap. As we love our wines to be fresh and vibrant in Australia, this brilliant (and affordable!) Chianti, closed with a Stelvin Lux, has enticing red cherry aromas blended with a touch of tobacco leaf and spice. Wonderfully medium-bodied, the palate is rich and generous, although supported by that typical Tuscan structure of zippy acid and soft, powdery tannin. Saluté!
