Think tart citrus not sweet, our Citrus Gin has a real citric tang to it. We peel fruit and use the rind of orange, blood lime, and finger lime and then use a combination of fresh lemon and peeled lemon with a little ginger to give this a real zesty finish. Great with tonic or soda.

Seacliff vodka is handcrafted from barley, grown in the nutrient rich, red earth soils of the fertile Riverina region. By having complete oversight of the inputs that go into the vodka, it is possible to create a delicately smooth vodka. The purity of the spirit is enhanced with the addition of spring water sourced from deep within the aquifers of the Southern Highlands. Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Riverina citrus, and traditional botanicals, our Dry Gin Murrumbidgee is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. A slight hint of the dryness to the palate initially, followed by refreshing citrus presence of New South Wales kelp among our list of botanicals.
