Aqua Vitae Modern Gin is as natural as it can get, and brings a flavour like no other.Translated from old Latin, aqua vitae means water of life, a term used for distilled spirits that originated in the Middle Ages. Reinvigorating the name called for reinvigorating the spirit.With a focus on local Tasmanian and Australian ingredients, some of which we harvest ourselves, Aqua Vitae challenges the heavy gins that dominate the Australian market, providing a modern, clean spirit that teases the palate with fresh, fruity, and floral notes. The imperial mandarin, eucalyptus, and lemon myrtle notes pair well with a light tonic and a slice of fresh peach or mandarin.

Aqua Vitae: Raspberry Gin is our latest gin; a sweet yet refreshing mixture created with Tasmanian-grown raspberries. These ingredients combine to create a harmonious taste that is rich on the palate, bringing a sweet and sensuous experience with each sip. With its rich red colour, and sweet raspberry finish, this gin can be enjoyed by itself on ice, or with a splash of sparkling water.

Distilled in small batches at our Gold Coast distillery, Wildflower Signature Gin is a subtle balance of juniper, lemon myrtle and gentle hints of the distiller's backyard honey.

The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.

Pronounced as Uzo or Ou-zo - Made from grapes and 7 herbs and spices. Most prominent flavour is Aniseed and Fennel. Double distilled to bring you purity of a smooth, aromatic and delightful drink. Happenstance Gin has bright citrus notes that jostle for attention with the juniper for a fresh, citrus-forward gin. On top of lemon, mandarin and lemon myrtle you'll get some spice from fennel and nutmeg, and the strawberry scented eucalyptus and vanilla combine to give a sweet roundness.Designed as our go-to for a G&T, it pairs beautifully with a floral tonic and we love adding a fresh strawberry to lift the botanical sweetness.Awarded Gold in the Australian Gin Awards 2020.

Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.
