Cargo Cult Banana Spiced Rum is crafted in small numbered batches from hand selected rums from the South Pacific and spiced and infused in Australia with real banana and spices. Aromas of candied banana and cinnamon, with a taste of fresh banana and baking spices, finishing with a lingering taste of ripe banana.

Cotswolds Dry Gin has a delectable blend of nine carefully considered botanicals. Upfront and clean on the palate, followed by fresh grapefruit and a hint of coriander seed. Black pepper spice builds with a touch of dryness. Clean and balanced finish with a hint of lime and lavender.

BOMBAY CITRON PRESSÉ contains hand-picked Mediterranean lemons, which have been harvested early in the season to capture their zesty, citrus notes before being hand-peeled and concentrated to create an 100% natural fruits infusion. Made from a 100% natural maceration of Victorian pineapple with a double matured Trinidad Rum. This Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum has a rich and delicious bouquet on the nose. Accented by smoky notes and tropical fruit aromas such as, pineapple, citrus peel, and a touch of clove. The palate opens with a structured, pleasant sensation of ripe banana, pineapple, and spices layered in a smoky finish.

Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance.
