Inspired by long summer days in the garden (and perhaps a little too much swearing at the lawn mower), this beer has seen the aftermath of many a battle. First brewed in 50L batches over 10 years ago, and yes, much like our Band-Aid skills, it’s seen a few little tweaks and improvements over the course of time. A decade on and many batches later, it is still our most popular beer! Brewed using Simcoe, Citra & Mosaic hops, our After Battle Pale Ale has always been a tasty combination of citrus and tropical flavours, all whilst keeping the malt profile on the lighter side to let those hops shine through at a rather modest 5.2% ABV

Willie the Boatman takes its name from a Scottish Convict whose job it was to row people across the Cooks River in Tempe before a bridge was built in the late 1800s. This Beer is named after another Tempe figure. Ivan Smith. Ivan is a a ball of energy, he is great fun to be around and a little crazy.in a good way. The Crazy Ivan IPA is full of malt and hops and most of all is a mouthful of fun. To keep the Crazy Ivan balanced and slightly under control we use big Malts married with Amarillo,Mosaic and simcoe hops. With an an IBU of 50 and a ABV 0f 6% hold on and enjoy the ride!

A savoury, spicy Shiraz from Margaret River offering lively flavours of dark cherry, plum and pepper. Medium bodied and seamless in texture, it is a great drink now style with finesse.

Chardonnay is at home in the Margaret River in Australia's west and this great value version from Cow Bombie shows lovely rich varietal flavours of peach and melon and textured mouth feel are enhanced by zesty citrus notes which linger on the finish.

Australia's own 'Over Proof' dark Rum is perfectly blended with cola for your drinking pleasure.

Cryotherapy Hazy IPA is the latest and greatest Hazy from Sunday Road that will treat your tastebuds to Cryogenic Lupulin powder from whole hop flowers. Mango, passionfruit and tropical fruit aromas combine with lucious mouthfeel that perfectly compliments it’s big hoppy flavours and low bitterness. Juicy, smooth and pure hop heaven.

A juicy drop with a mystic haze, dumped with loads of tropical fruit notes & a smooth bitterness. If a Jimi Hendrix guitar solo had a flavour, this would be it… In three words 4 Pines Hazy Pale Ale is juicy, approachable and smooth. This Pinot Grigo has distinct varietal aromas of pear and passionfruit with delicate floral perfumes. McGuigan Black Label is refreshing on the palate is with delightful flavours of pear and green apple and a clean citrus finish.

The 2019 Trimboli “Salvatore” Trebbiano has scooped a Gold medal at the Australian Italian Varietal Awards Wine Show. The wine then went on to receive the Trophy at the same show and then…….. Chief Judges Award for Most Exciting Wine of the Show. Sa, whho has won hhundreds and hundreds of Golds over the years (plus some MAJOR Trophhies) hhas always handled this Italian white grape superbly, and you will love it every bit as much as the show judges. White fruit, elegant chharm and a lick of French oak. Delicious!

Restrained red fruit with a background of menthol, leather and tobacco on the nose leads to a big mouthful of cherries, vanilla and plums with good intensity. A nicely balanced wine, drinking very well.
