Taylors St Andrews Shiraz from the Clare Valley is a classic and is consistently a show-stopper. The bouquet shows rich plum and cherry fruit with earthy spice and the palate is perfectly balanced with soft silky tannins.

Upfront and splendidly appealing, the wine shows blackberry, sweet cherry, rich floral and vanillin oak notes, followed by a beautifully weighted palate that's plump and juicy, finishing lingering and silky. Pyrette Heathcote Shiraz is deliberately aimed at producing a wine of regional authenticity in a style highlighting fragrance, vitality, finesse and harmony of the terrior. The picking date is carefully assessed in order to capture fruit vibrancy and freshness whilst capturing the typical mouthfilling richness and length of the region.

One of the bast examples going around. Incredibly ripe and sweet fruited bouquet and palate, showing Grenache's love for the heat; soft and ripe, warm and fleshy, with a splash of savoury spice to conclude.

Sorby Adams Neptune Rings is a premium red wine range of signature Barossa grape varieties sourced from the region's finest soils. This collection honors our ancestor, John Couch Adams, who, along with fellow mathematicians, proved the existence of the planet Neptune in the 1840s. His name is immortalized in one of Neptune's five rings. Le Verrier is another ring of Neptune and a wine that proudly showcases all the characteristics of a fine Barossa Shiraz. This deep red wine has a ruby hue and offers aromas of blackcurrant and spiced plum, complemented by notes of chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, it exemplifies classic Barossa Shiraz, featuring dark berries, mocha, and a hint of smoky tobacco, all seamlessly balanced for a long finish. The wine has been matured in French oak hogsheads (30% new) for 24 months, using 4-year air-dried wood sourced from Francois Frere and Taransaud Coopers. The grapes come from the East Angaston district (Eden Valley) and the Ebenezer area (Barossa Valley). Sealed with a DIAM cork, this wine is enjoyable now and has the potential to age gracefully until 2035.

Brokenwood and the Hunter Valley region is experience somewhat of a renaissance of late. Quality wines for a great prices just like this nice Hunter Shiraz. Typical earthy notes with hints of leather and spice all wrapped around dark brooding plum and cherry fruit. Quality oak imparts a subtle cedar character and fine grained tannins complete the wine that finishes long and smooth.
