A relatively new addition to the Taylors range, the Jaraman Cabernet Sauvignon is part of a range that includes some of the best in the Taylors lineup of fine wines. Elegant with intense fruit flavours of cherry and cassis along with hints of mint, cedar and spice.

Named after the famed Johann Gramp's grandson, Hugo, this is the very best Cabernet Sauvignon in the stable. From the very best sites in the region of Coonawarra, this wine shows classic regional mint and blackcurrant on the nose with a silky supple palate, elegant fruit characters, toasty oak and long, fine tannins.

A full bodied, intense red with blackcurrant, cedar, and white pepper flavours. Elegant, fine grained tannin gives this wine good potential to age. Excellent with roast meats or BBQ steak.

A recent addition to the Petaluma stable, the Petaluma of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is a great example of modern Australian winemaking when let to mingle with traditional wine estate and aged vineyards. Notes of dark chocolate, mocha, espresso and forest floor sit alongside bold blackcurrant fruit and cedar nuances. The finish is long and sustained.

The complex palate reveals itself with style. Traditionally assertive Coonawarra tannins are evident at first, before giving way to a mid palate filled with ripe cassis, olive tapenade and complex briary hints. Fine, dusty tannins give excellent line and length, and are layered with sweet and toasty characters reminiscent of crýme brýlýe. Our unique Double Barrel technique of finishing in aged Irish whiskey barrels has integrated the myriad of flavours and brought extra richness to the palate.

Never forget the teeth. Especially with a good cabernet like this. You’ve got 36 gleaming ivory sensors to swirl the flavours around. To thresh the tannins against like waves on rocks. The aroma has a lifted perfume and is full of dark cherry fruit with a touch of vanilla. The palate is bold and full, but has softness, spice and elegant tannins. An approachable Cabernet that will drink well now or cellar for up to 5 years.

Leconfield was established in 1974 by noted oenologist, Sydney Hamilton. He named his estate after his English ancestor, who resided in Petworth Manor House in the south of England. Coonawarra vineyards take full advantage of the region’s famous terra rossa soils, with this Manor House wine.

A fragrant and spicy Coonawarra red with aromas of star anise, blackcurrant, cherry and florals. The palate is plush and lively, showing aniseed jubes, pink peppercorn, dark berries and a velvety texture. It is bright, expressive and lightly savoury, with enough depth to keep things interesting.

This hand-selected parcel of Cabernet fruit delivers a rich and fruit-driven wine with flavours of morello cherry and blackcurrant, followed by hints of pepper spice. The wine provides a full-bodied structure, silky tannins, and excellent varietal characteristics – for that lasting impression.

Parker Estate Terra Rossa Shiraz is a little gem from Coonawarra. Generously rich with ripe dark forest berries complimented by mocha, cassis and a hints of spicy oak.
